U of A Researchers Part of Study Exploring Impact of Climate Change on Fruits and Veggies

Marty Matlock, executive director of the U of A Resiliency Center, and professor of ecological engineering, and Greg Thoma, professor of chemical engineering, are part of a team of researchers exploring how climate change, loss of fresh water and competition for resources threaten the world’s supply of fruits and vegetables and what those problems will mean for the future of agricultural production.
