The Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission launches a speaker series tonight devoted to mobility. The first guest speaker is Jarrett Walker from Portland, Oregon. he's the author of Human Transit: How Clearer Thinking about Public Transit Can Enrich Our Communities and Our Lives. He speaks at 6:30 tonight at Record Downtown in Bentonville.
