Arkansas State Representative Jeff Williams and State Senator Lance Eads, both of Springdale on Monday filed a House Concurrent Resolution encouraging Governor Asa Hutchinson to approve federal Medicaid insurance to legally present Pacific Islander migrant children and pregnant women.
