Buffalo River Grandmothers Appeal Industrial Swine Farm Waste Permit

Three grandmothers are appealing a new wastewater permit issued by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality for a controversial industrial swine breeding facility on the Buffalo National River Watershed.
