Earlier this week, the University of Arkansas sent a message to all international students, advising caution in light of President Trump's recent executive orders regarding immigration and refugees from certain countries. Among other best practices, campus officials advised international students to carry their immigration paperwork with them at all times when leaving their homes or apartments.
