Ozarks at Large for Thursday, December 18, 2014

Ahead on this edition of Ozarks, the fate of Arkansas' Private Option Insurance Program is still unsettled as the new state legislature prepares to convene in January, but the state's new insurance commissioner says the program will likely require examination before it is continued. We hear from Allen Kerr, who was named to fill the post yesterday by Governor-elect Asa Hutchinson. Also, the German influence on the Ozarks, Arkansas and the South; and Becca Martin Brown tells us about some free movies available for younger folks during the holiday break from school.
