Violin virtuoso Anne Akiko Meyers performs a variety songs by an array of composers from many veins of genre and style on her latest release Serenade: The Love Album. But for many of the pieces that appear on the album, no arrangements for violin existed until Meyers made it her business to change all that, commissioning new arrangements of the songs by musicians like Brad Dechter and Steven Mercurio.
