Manufacturers Speak Out Against Proposed Air Regulations

A new study suggests that proposed ozone regulations by the Environmental Protection Agency could hamper manufacturing activity in Arkansas. Meanwhile, thousands of Arkansans could benefit from a new program that aims to help those with some college credit finish their degree program. And the Quapaw Tribe in Oklahoma is partnering with another casino owner from Las Vegas to reopen a long-shuttered racetrack.
