Initial Approval Given to $50 Million Income Tax Package

Wednesday was a busy day in the Arkansas Legislature. Part of Governor Asa Hutchinson's tax cut package received initial approval from a state senate panel and a bill to establish an official state dinosaur advanced out of a House committee.
