PadmaViswanathan's latest novel considers grief, faith and disaster. The title character of The Ever After of AshwinRao interviews people who lost loved ones in the Air India bombing of 1985 that killed more than 300 people. The novel was on the short list of finalists for the Scotiabank Giller Prize. Padma will read from the book at the Fayetteville Public Library June 3rd.
