End of TPS Brings Uncertain Future for NWA Mom

The Secretary of Homeland Security is terminating Temporary Protected Status for El Salvador. This protected status was offered to Salvadorans following an earthquake in 2001. The designation officially terminates Sept. 9, 2019 and could impact about 200,000 Salvadorans living in the United States including northwest Arkansas resident Barbara Gutierrez.
