House Bill 1228 moves from the Arkansas Legislature to the desk of Governor Asa Hutchinson. Meanwhile, legislators consider bills to revamp history curricula in the state, as well as consider giving veterans from throughout the country access to in-state tuition at Arkansas' public universities.
