The Arkansas Department of Health on Wednesday reported 1,962 confirmed and probable new COVID cases, bringing the known cumulative total to 126,197. The new cases surpass the previous record of 1,870 set Nov. 6. Confirmed and probable deaths rose by 14 to 2,126.
